Join us in the idyllic setting of Costa Dulce Retreat Center, nestled in the stunning cliffs along the San Juan del Sur coastline of Nicaragua. A true sanctuary, Costa Dulce provides a tranquil yet vibrant environment ideal for learning, play, and healing. Guided by the mother-daughter duo, Alison and Pearl, you’ll embark on a transformational journey at the Mother of Pearl Retreat. Over the course of your stay, you will learn the principles of Reiki and receive placements for both Level I and II Usui Reiki—empowering you to become a certified practitioner.

Each day, you’ll enjoy grounding, nature-inspired yoga practices led by Pearl, as well as guided meditations and heartfelt sharing circles. Nourish your body with three delicious, locally sourced meals daily, designed to replenish and support your journey of growth and expansion. Beyond the retreat offerings, Costa Dulce will help organize enriching and joyful experiences such as a surf session, jungle hike, town visit, beach bonfires, turtle releases, and more. This holistic experience will leave you feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply connected as well as providing you a week pure joy and fun.

Alison and Pearl have shared a lifelong passion for yoga and Reiki. As registered nurses and dedicated wellness practitioners, they bring decades of experience in healing, teaching, and creating safe, supportive spaces, with a long-term commitment to health, wellness, and helping others. Their love for travel, community, and personal transformation shines through every aspect of the retreat.
